SEPTEMBER 19-23 East Side will be celebrating 2022 Homecoming with Spirit Week sponsored by our very own Student Council. Come dressed to impress each day and show your school spirit. We can't wait to see everyone!
Tomorrow, September 6th, begins regular dismissal for Harrisburg CUSD #3. East Side will dismiss at 2:45pm. We hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Labor Day weekend.

Due to the power outage, East Side Open House will be rescheduled for tomorrow, August 16, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. We can't wait to see everyone!

East Side REGISTRATION INFORMATION 2022-2023
Online registration will be available on PowerSchool this year beginning on August 1. We will mail registration information and instructions for online registration to all parents/guardians at the end of July. We encourage all parents/guardians to register their child online. We will have computers available at East Side during in person registration for anyone who does not have access to a computer.
Students will receive their teacher assignment, and student handbooks at in person registration as follows:
ALL REGISTRATION TIMES WILL BE FROM 8:00am-3:00pm
August 8th - Incoming 5th Graders
August 9th - Incoming 4th Graders
August 10th - Incoming 3rd Graders
August 11th - NEW students to the district
There will be no book rental or meal charges again this year, but outstanding fees from previous years should be paid at this time. An insurance fee of $30.00 for your child’s Chromebook will be offered and highly recommended to purchase.
Attention Unit #3: Due to icy conditions, there will be NO SCHOOL for Harrisburg Unit 3 on Friday, February 25th.

Dear East Side Parents,
Most of the classrooms have special Valentine's Day activities planned for the students. As in the past, we will not be accepting Valentine deliveries. This creates a disruption and makes the other students in the classroom feel left out. All of the local flower shops and specialty shops are aware of this request.
