Starting October 1 st students can complete their
FAFSA. Students planning to go to college should
complete their FAFSA as soon as possible.
The National Honor Society Induction Ceremony
will be held in the Auxiliary Gym on Monday,
November 7 th at 5:30 p.m.
VFW is offering an Essay Contest. Grand Prize is
$30,000. See Mr. McKinstry in the Guidance Office
for more information.
SIU Day will be Wednesday, September14th.
Students can sign up in the Guidance Office. You
have to have a 2.70 or higher G.P.A. to attend SIU
Day. Bus will leave at 10 a.m.
SIC College Fair is Wednesday, October 19 th from
9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sign up sheet in the Guidance
Office.
The PSAT/NMSQT will be given on Tuesday,
October 25 th . This test is for Juniors who want to
try to be a National Merit Scholar.

Wednesday, September 21 st at 10 a.m. Sign

the Guidance Office.
SIU rep will be here Monday, September 26 th
