Thank you to the HMS parents who have responded to the 5 Essentials Parent Survey! We have had such a great response, we are extending our participation time to Wednesday, March 6 at 3:30 pm. So far, 40% of our 6th grade parents, 43% of our 7th grade parents and 62% of our 8th grade parents have completed the survey giving 163 of our students their one week exemption from math and reading iReady. National School Breakfast Week
Due to the impending severe weather this evening, the HMS volleyball game scheduled at Carbondale has been cancelled. We are working on rescheduling the game and will provide more information if a new date is set. There will be no volleyball practice today.
Harrisburg Unit 3 will dismiss at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 1st to accommodate the visitation of a staff member. Thank you for your understanding!
Friday, March 1 is School Hat Day hosted by the 8th grade class. Bring $1 to your first hour teacher and wear a hat for the day. All proceeds go to the 8th grade graduation party.
