Menus for Summer School
For those West Side students signed-up to attend summer school beginning tomorrow (Tuesday 6/6): Drop-off is at West Side school at 8:00 AM(not before). Please drop-off at the front of the building using Lincoln St. Breakfast will be served. If you signed-up for transportation, buses will be running beginning at 7:00 AM. Pick-up will also be on Lincoln St. at 2:30 PM.
Today is early dismissal for our last day of student attendance! Kindergarten will dismiss at 1:30 and 1st/2nd grades at 1:40. Have a wonderful summer!!
Second grade pizza party for the Young Authors participants today! We are going to miss them next year. On to East Side!
Dear 2nd Grade Parents/Guardians,
During the field trip today, there was an incident while the students were at Ray Fosse Park in Marion. The incident involved a member of the public that was not affiliated with our school. The incident has been reported to the proper authorities.
The Illinois State Police Bomb Squad visited our second graders on Tuesday!
Thank you to Air Evac Lifeteam for visiting our students today!
Air Evac will be visiting West Side this morning, and will land their helicopter at West Side around 9am. There is no emergency.

Parents/Guardians: Reminder that tomorrow (Friday 4/28) is a half-day dismissal. Kindergarten will dismiss @ 11:10 and 1st/2nd grades @ 11:15.
