On Thursday, April 03, our students will attend a play at the Marion Civic Center. They will be watching Aladdin. This is a school-funded trip, so there is no cost to students. The showtimes are 9:15 AM for first and second grade and 12:30 PM for kindergarten.
We will be on an early dismissal schedule for tomorrow, Friday, March 28. Kindergarten will dismiss at 11:10 AM, and first and second grade will dismiss at 11:15 AM.

Get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Starting March 3, West Side is selling raffle tickets for a chance to ride to school on a FIRE TRUCK 🚒 with the incredible Harrisburg Fire Department!
🎟 Tickets: $1 each or 6 for $5. Tickets will be sold in the morning outside of the gym and cafeteria.
📅 Weekly Rides Begin: The week of April 7 and continue for 6 weeks—a new lucky student will be chosen each week!

Today, our students and staff had a blast celebrating 100 days of school! 🎉
👵🧓 Some of our students dressed up as 100-year-olds (adorable!), while others got busy counting items into groups of 100. Our teachers went all out, decorating classrooms to mark the occasion!
It’s been 100 days of learning, growing, and having fun together.
West Side's dismissal for Friday, January 31, is 12:30 for kindergarten and 12:35 for first and second grade.
Classroom yearbook pictures scheduled for tomorrow have been canceled. We’ll share the rescheduled date as soon as it’s available.
