HHS Weekly Happenings! Week of Nov. 2nd-6th
Congratulations to HHS student Brianna Barnhill
We are proud to celebrate Brianna for being recognized by the Illinois Art Education Association for her outstanding acrylic painting!
Out of more than 400 entries statewide, only 45 pieces were selected for this special art show, making this an incredible accomplishment!
Her artwork will travel to various events and venues throughout Illinois, giving the public an opportunity to experience and appreciate her talent. In August 2027, the entire art show will be available for viewing at the Harrisburg library!
Help us congratulate Brianna on this wonderful achievement! We are so proud to see our students’ creativity and talent recognized across the state!

Today, we are giving a shout-out to our incredible school custodians at Harrisburg Unit 3.
From before the morning bell rings until long after the hallways empty, this team works tirelessly behind the scenes. Whether they are fixing a sudden leak, keeping our classrooms spotless, or greeting everyone with a warm smile, our schools wouldn’t be the same without them.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
