Attention Bulldog Nation:
Today around 1pm, in conjunction with local Law Enforcement, Harrisburg Unit #3 schools were placed on an upgraded security status due to a verbal threat. Police Officers and School Safety Officers worked together to ensure both staff and student safety and the offender was quickly taken into custody off of school grounds. At no time were the schools, staff or students in any harm, however our safety protocol was initiated. Harrisburg Unit #3 will always take necessary steps to remain safe even when the threat is unlikely.

Future Bulldogs youth basketball for Wednesday, October 26th has been postponed to Thursday, October 27th due to another school event being held in the auxiliary gym on Wednesday. Grades 2nd through 6th will all meet on Thursday, October 27th from 3:30-5:00 pm in the auxiliary gym at the high school.

The HHS fall musical, Tuck Everlasting, is this weekend at SIC. Tickets are still available for all shows. They will be on sale at the door 1 house before each show. This show has a beautiful story filled with amazing dancing and music. We would love for you to attend!

Pre-K and Grade School students who have already signed up for the HHS cheer clinic will meet at East Side tomorrow at 3 p.m. Enter at the Church street fence entrance to check in. Practice will be over at 4:30. Dress warm for practice, we will be on the playground.

Good afternoon, due to a police incident near West Side school, some students may be delayed in getting picked up or riding the bus and getting home today. All students are safe and accounted for. West Side school is on temporary lockdown until the matter is resolved. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Due to parent teacher conferences at the high school, Thursday youth basketball for grades 4th, 5th & 6th will be moved to tomorrow, Wednesday, October 19th at the high school auxiliary gym. Wednesday youth basketball for grades 2nd & 3rd will meet as regular tomorrow October 19th at the high school auxiliary gym as well.
