Today, some of our 8th grade students had the incredible opportunity to witness history at SIU, where the Illinois Supreme Court held hearings in southern Illinois for the first time since 2008 (first time ever at SIU). Students interested in law, law enforcement, or government observed oral arguments in both a criminal and civil case - real world decisions that will shape future rulings.
