ANNOUNCEMENT Parents/Guardians of HHS student athletes. Please get your student athletes taken care of on FinalForms for anyone planning on participating in a Spring sport in 2022-2023. HHS partners with FinalForms to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. Attached is the parent introduction that will help communicate the "how to's" and the "why's" and also the Parent Playbook that gives further instruction on how to fill out the forms for those new to the process. Parents and students that have already completed this for a Fall and/or Winter Sport should be good, unless a physical is set to expire. Reminder to upload updated physicals that are getting close to expiring. These links will also be located on the HHS website homepage.
