Dear Parent/Guardian,
Thank you for allowing your child to participate in our after-school tutoring program. Unfortunately, we will not be able to continue our tutoring sessions at West Side due to lack of funding. This letter is to inform you that our tutoring program will be ending Thursday, November 16th. We are grateful for your dedication and the progress your child has made throughout this experience.
Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate the effort you and your child have put into our program. West Side will remain committed to finding creative ways to support students throughout the school day.

Parents, if you have not picked up your child's paragon fundraising order, please do so immediately. Money for the orders is due on Wednesday, Nov. 08. Thank you
West Side is selling spirit wear to raise money for PBIS and other student activities. The shirts will all be purple with white designs. Orders are due Nov. 14 and shirts must be paid for when they are ordered. Please make checks payable to West Side Primary. Please order carefully since no exchanges or refunds will be made. Thank you for supporting our students! Forms are coming home with students this week.

Reminders for this week: Monday is picture day, Tuesday is character dress-up day, and it will be cold to start the week so please be sure children have their coats for this week. If they don't have a coat, please notify the office. Also, Paragron fundraiser items will be delivered to the school on Wednesday.

Character Day is Tuesday, October 31st! Dress up as your favorite character from a movie or book!
Since it will be much cooler next week, please make sure your child brings his/her coat. As long as the wind chill is at 32 degrees or above, we will go outside for recess. Please notify the office if your child is in need of a winter coat. Thank you
