It is with great excitement to announce that Mrs. Krystal Wilson was awarded the 2023 Olive Foster "Teacher of the Year" award for Illinois. Krystal will accept this honor in Springfield on April 20th. The Illinois State Historical Society awards Krystal for her achievements in the classroom and community. Mrs. Wilson stated, "Local literature and history is truly a passion of mine and I love spreading the knowledge of how awesome our area is to the students."
