Thank you to the HMS parents who have responded to the 5 Essentials Parent Survey! We have had such a great response, we are extending our participation time to Wednesday, March 6 at 3:30 pm. So far, 40% of our 6th grade parents, 43% of our 7th grade parents and 62% of our 8th grade parents have completed the survey giving 163 of our students their one week exemption from math and reading iReady. If you have not responded and would like to get your student a one week exemption from math and reading iReady, click on this link http://survey.5-essentials.org/illinois/survey/parent/, take the survey and then send an email to dmcgowan@harrisburg3.org with either your email confirmation or a screenshot of your "Thank you for participating" screen.

Congratulations to Quest Weatherington! He was selected to participate in the Seventh Annual ALL-STATE Junior High Classic in Lincoln, Illinois on March 2 and 3. Players from all over the state of Illinois have been nominated but only 160 were selected to play in this prestigious event. He is the first player from Harrisburg named to the ALL-STATE team. HMS is proud of Quest and we know that he will represent Bulldog Nation well!
